MIG Wires
SUPERLINK MIG-347
A copper-coated solid MIG wire for GMAW welding. ER347 type. Produces a stable spray/globular arc with low spatter, smooth bead profile, and self-releasing slag (for SS types). Suitable for single and multi-pass welding. Use Ar + CO₂ or pure Ar shielding gas.

Welding procedure & parameters
DCEP. SS types: shielding gas 100% Ar or 98% Ar + 2% O₂. MS types: 75–80% Ar + 20–25% CO₂ or 100% CO₂. Wire dia: 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 1.2mm. Voltage: 18–26V. WFS: 4–14 m/min. Short circuit or spray transfer mode.
Typical applications
GMAW of 347, 321 Nb/Ti stabilised SS. High-temperature service, exhaust systems, refinery equipment up to 800°C.
Storage & handling notes
Store sealed/dry. For SS wires: use 100% Ar or Ar+O₂ only — CO₂ degrades corrosion resistance. Ensure clean base metal.
