A low-hydrogen electrode for 90–100 ksi (620–700 MPa) class high-tensile steels with excellent toughness at low temperatures. Military and structural grade.

Welding procedure & parameters
DC+ (DCEP). Preheat mandatory. PWHT as per WPS. Re-dry 350°C–400°C/2 hrs.
Typical applications
Military and naval construction, heavy structural HY100 steel applications, armoured vehicles, offshore structures requiring extreme strength and toughness.
Storage & handling notes
Critical hydrogen control required. H4 only. Preheat and interpass controls mandatory.
