Welding procedure & parameters
DC+ (DCEP). Strict preheat, interpass, and PWHT required per applicable WPS. Re-dry 350°C–400°C/2 hrs.
Typical applications
High-strength naval vessels, armoured plate, offshore drilling structures, heavy construction equipment requiring ≥100 ksi yield strength.
Storage & handling notes
H4 hydrogen control is mandatory. Only for welding by qualified/experienced welders with controlled procedures.
