A low-hydrogen electrode with Mn-Mo chemistry for welding 80 ksi (550 MPa) class high-tensile, low-alloy steels. Excellent toughness and crack resistance.

Welding procedure & parameters
DC+ (DCEP). All positions except VD. Preheat and interpass per WPS. Re-dry 300°C–350°C/2 hrs.
Typical applications
Heavy structural steel fabrication, offshore platforms, shipbuilding using HT80/HY80 steels, earth-moving equipment, construction machinery.
Storage & handling notes
Low-hydrogen type. Diffusible H ≤5 ml/100g. Strict preheat compliance required.
